Under medical supervision the maximum daily dose can be 3200mg but note that you can damage your stomach and intestines at doses lower than 3200mg. The actual overdose dose is dependant on your weight and body chemistry.

if you use over 2,000 mg. it is very bad for you and you will probly end up throwing up all night. but it really deppends on how old you are and how much you way. normally if a kid is under 12 yr. then you should never give them unsafe children meds but if they need it you can give them one or 1\2 of a pill but if older you can safeil give up to 4 pills if needed sould never exced 6 in 24 hr.

Usually is 400mgr/kg in pediatrics (<30kg weight)

Or more than 4 - 6gr/day.

Pills come in 400mgr (low dose) or 800mgr max.

So to reach toxicicity it would be aproximate 10 pills of low dose

Anything more than the recommended dose is an overdose. If symptoms appear, you should seek treatment for a possible lethal overdose.

If you are considering suicide with ibuprofen, that is not a solution to your problems.

If you are, please call 1-800-273-8255 and talk with them immediately.
