My family doctor said it is Ok to add an anti-inflammatory (like Aspirin) to Robaxacet which only is a muscle relaxant + pain killer (acetaminophen/Tylenol). Actually, Robaxisal which already contains aspirin is preferable for painful back sprain. And works well for me.
