There are rarely any addicts to Cannabis. To be addicted there needs to be withdrawal. Marijuana users suffer from no physical withdrawal symptoms. While some users (extremely heavy users) may suffer from mental addiction. This is a very slight addiction, much less than a caffeine addiction. It will only last around a couple weeks at the most.

Public order should not be legalized because it can be dangerous to people and property. Public order refers to crimes that disturb how a society runs.
I personally think that it should. There are too many people in jail because of it, and I don't really understand why it isn't already legal. I mean, there was something about killing brain cells, but smoking cigars and cigarettes does that, as well as alcohol. The only thing is you need to be a certain age to smoke or drink - maybe the same should be said for marijuana...
I don't think anyone can for sure answer that question, as we cannot predict the future.
It depends on what organization you get your information from. Legalization of Cannabis is a hotly contested topic. Many states have already legalized it in one capacity or another, however it remains completely illegal from the standpoint of the American Federal Government.
I think it should, it could help so many people and advance medicine.
Many people think so, but clearly there are many opponents as well.
There are already some legal drugs, but, like steroids, I don't think illegal drugs should be legalized.
If the Police think your under the influence they could make you do a field sobriety test. Then if you fail the test I guess they would arrest you and make you do a blood test...
It's relatively harmless; the legal consequences are more severe than the health consequences; I believe it should be legalized. Maybe it'll get some people off the booze which is way more toxic; I mean no one's ever died of marijuana poisoning while people die from alcohol poisoning all the time--
I don't think any have legalized it
Weed or Marijuana makes people have slow reactions, a distortion of time, and some confusion It possibly could cause an accident or something but so far today there are very few Marijuana influenced deaths or accidents. The government mostly makes it illegal because its a widely used product that cant be taxed. And our government hates things they cant control or tax.
