The Naloxone is included to prevent illicit use by presenting its opioid receptor blocking effects , thus with addicts precipitating withdrawal symptoms when snorted, injected, or swallowed.When taken as directed, sublingually, the Naloxone is not absorbed and the Buprenorphine only is absorbed. Suboxone provides a safe path for those addicted to a plethora of opioid substances, prescribed or of street origin, to conduct normal lives while creating distance from the substance of choice and reducing the cravings for stronger and stronger opiates as the mu receptors are satisfied without debilitating symptoms.
