Well weed definetley effects your levels of seratonin and dopamine in the brain and anti depressants work to correct them. If you smoke weed and take and anit depressant more than likey there will be an adverse affect.

You don't, that would be horrible for you, not to mention the zoloft ruining a perfectly good plant that does enough relaxing of the human body on its own.
