On rare occasions people, including myself, have thrown up from smoking marijuana but it isn't anything severe. Sometimes it happens from coughing too much when you take a big hit, but usually it's just if the person has a low tolerance to marijuana. Again, vomiting usually doesn't happen as a result of smoking marijuana.
