Does Vyvanse cause testicle side effects?

YES! I could not find anyone else who has side effects "down there" But while I am taking Vyvanse It is like my sack draws up, and gets tight, and my penis contracts also! Its like I just took a cold shower...except it lasts for hours

I am experiencing extreme pain from the penis all the way beneath to the anus as I climax - this lasts about a minute and a half. I've been on Vyvanse for about 7 months now and other than this one side effect it's been a dramatic (read GOOD) change in my life-

Yes it does cause testicle pain. I started taking it and my testicles hurt. It comes and goes, but I've never had pain in my testicles until now. Never taken Vyvanse until now. That's proof enough for me.

yes. I found this post because I Googled "Can Vyvanse cause Testicle pain?" Because I took Vyvanse for the first time today and now I feel like I've been kicked in the scrotum.

I’m a male in my mid 30s, self-employed. I have been taking Vyvanse for the past 3 months now. It’s been 2-3 weeks I’m having testicular pain and the “draw-up” effect of one or the other side, –but not together usually –. I’ve had amazing focus while on it, getting a lot of work done (unprecedented before) although I am less sensitive to my “feminine” needs. I have less interest to listen to my bodily or emotional needs: eating, sex, connection with people... I am also less sensitive to other people. Like my brother in law has been diagnosed with tumour and I can’t feel it. Or that I normally feel I need to connect with my friends but I have had no interest for the past few months... I don’t have the desire to have sec (very much unlike me) and I don’t have desire to eat. I know some of these are directly related to the side effects of Vyvanse (low appetite) but so much concerns me a little. The testicular pain also that lasts for almost all day.

This is certainly from Vyvanse (30mg/day) because I have not been on any other meds, and I only take it Monday-Friday. On the weekends that I don’t take it, I am my good old self that I know well. Although on Saturdays I have a little draw back as if I crave coffee or focus. I allow myself 2 cups of coffee on Saturdays (no coffee any other day), and on Sundays I have the dopamine detox (no med, no coffee, no work, no YouTubing...). Maybe walk outside or reading or playing music.
