I am asking this question a lot myself as I am on a course of clenbuterol at the minute and I haven't had problems sleeping until I am now on 140mcg per day and I have taken Valium several times since the start of the course and it doesn't seem to have no interaction. It also helps me relax and fall asleep. While the Valiums will reduce the heart rate and clenbuterol will increase it I think it would defeat the object of the clenbuterols purpose as the increased heart rate is to speed up the metabolism. If anybody else can answer this question better feel free to educate me
