∙ 13y agoYes. The Excedrin E-S is analgesic only. The Robitussin DM is syrup of guiafenesen with the cough suppressant dextromythorphan added. None of the ingredients conflict with, or counter-indicate each other.

∙ 12y agoYes, as long as you take only the Tylenol and not Tylenol Cold/Flu. As long as Robitussin doesn't have "Acetaminophen" in the ingredients, it's fine.

One time my mother gave me two robitussin and two mucinex before school. I don't remember the day, but apparently I was singing loudly, questioning reality constantly, and falling down dizzy. I wouldn't recommend it, unless that is your idea of a good time.

Extra strength aspirin has more active ingredients than regular strength aspirin. The active ingredient in aspirin is acetylsalicylic acid. The more of this, the more strength. Basically extra strength has more acetylsalicylic acid then regular aspirin.
