No, you should not take two allergy medications together because you run the risk of causing your sinuses to dry out too much and give you a splitting headache, or of getting too groggy from taking too much allergy medicine.

Well, you could ... the question is why would you want to? Claritin-D is an antihistamine/decongestant combination. People take that to be alert during the day when they have Allergies. Why would you then want to sedate yourself and counter-act the whole purpose of the Claritin?

Yep. Or at least I hope you can, because I just did; 5mg loratadine and 0.5mg clonazepam... Asked pharmacist, and he said it was okay.
