it is not known or proven studies if its bad but i would say if you are feeling like your heart rate increases when you smoke marijuana it could be bad because you are putting unnecessary stress in your heart, its also better if you take phentermine first thing in the morning and smoke at least 8 hours after taking phentarmine. if you get the munchies when you smoke you should not use marijuana while on phentermine is pointless and that would defeat the per pus of it all.. these two are different one is a downer and the other an upper they just dont go together, but if your feeling ok and loosing weight good job and good luck.

∙ 12y agoBoth can increase your heart rate, and lead to panic/anxiety attacks. It isn't recommend to mix both. Besides, Adipex is for weight loss, and the munchies certainly wouldn't help that ;)
