I have found that mixing the two increases the effects of the oxy. Not a good combination though if you are taking oxy apap due to the fact that two excedrin has 500mg of acetaminophen in it that is simply too much tylenol in that case I would use ibuprofen instead. Keep ur head on straight and stay safe.

Yes, excedrin contains aspirin, acetaminophen, and caffeine. Oxycodone almost always comes mixed with acetaminophen or aspirin so they are definitly safe. Be careful though, if the oxycodone you are taking has acetaminophen or aspirin in it already, taking excedrin might give you took much acetaminophen or aspirin. The caffein has no effect and can be taken with any amount of oxycodone.
