I took Tylenol PM when I was pregnant with my last baby with no ill effects. You might want to ask your Doctor, though!
NO you are not able to take it while pregnant regular Tylenol is fine but that is pretty much it u cant even take alot meds while pregant including cough meds etc. So yes always talk to ur dr first and read the back of meds it will say if pregnant consult ur dr first which most likely means u should not be taking it.
Doctors say it is normally safe to take Tylenol PM during pregnancy, but do check with your doctor to be sure. ________________
Tylenol PM is acetaminophen paired with Benadryl. Benadryl is a "B" class medication, which means that a number of people have used the medication during pregnancy and it has not harmed the baby.
When I was pregnant last year with my little boy my Dr told me I could but don't make it a habit. Use it on nights when you just are having a hard time getting rest. I was having a hard time it seemed each trimester. I would go through spurts of not sleeping at night. So occasionally I took some. But I only took one even though it said take two. I still slept great and was not groggy the next day. Maybe because I took just the one. But I would still ask your Dr. I would assume it just depends on the pregnancy and how your Dr. feels about that. He/She may have something better for you instead. Good Luck.

Take Tylenol or Advil. If you want to fall asleep too take Tylenol PM.
Yes, Tylenol PM/cold products contain acetaminophen and antihistamines with or without decongestants, and would be OK to take with the antidepressant Effexor.
There is no hydromorphone in Tylenol PM, just acetaminophen and diphenhydramine.
It's generally not a good idea to mix drugs. Why not take just one drug, Tylenol PM or Advil PM?
