Can I give Childrens Benadryl with Childrens Nyquil?
Tylenol PM contains diphenhydramine (Benadryl) and acetaminophen. Other sleep medications like NyQuil do as well.Acetaminophen by itself does not cause drowsiness. It is the other medications it is mixed with that do.
