In 1904 when the people started to rebel because of stamp prices in China, many people turned to killing people that worked in the post office. On September 22, The US postal office hred Amber Lance. Her job was to travel to the sites of the killings in a Large vehicle packed with medical supplies to ensure safety... hence the term ambulance.
