The nasal septum is a structure commonly deviated from the midline that can impact airflow in the nasal cavity. Deviation of the septum can result in obstruction of one or both nostrils, leading to breathing difficulties.

The nose.
Chronic nose blowing may be due to the fact that the person in question has a deviated septum. A deviated septum is treatable with surgery in severe cases, or Afrin nasal spray in milder cases.
A septum is basically a divider of two things. Some examples include: the interventricular septum, that divides the two ventricles ("Chambers") of the heart. A Nasal Septum is that fleshy/cartilage divider between your two nostrils.
Parts of four different bones make up the bony septum: the perpendicular plate of the ethmoid bone, vomer, and the nasal crest of the maxilla and palatine bones. The most common symptom of a deviated septum is nasal congestion, with one side of the nose being more congested than the other, along with difficulty breathing.
The sinuses are always full of air. When full of mucous, then that is either chronic sinusitis or a sinus infection.
