The answer varies depending on how many children the woman has had, whether she is having multiples and maybe a few other things. Doctors measure the uterus by using a tape measure on the centimeter side. The start at the top of the pubic bone and end at the top of the uterus. Measuring 15 centimeters at 15 weeks is typical, but in the case of women who have had large families, their uterus at 15 weeks could be up to their belly buttons. And multiples have their own set of difficulties in measuring. Ultrasound is the most effective way of determining the gestational age of the baby.
6 Weeks Gestation actually counts from fertilization. However many weeks pregnant you are is actually counted from the first day of your last period. So, when you are 20 weeks pregnant you are actually only 18 weeks gestation. You may of had your days wrong and you really is 6 weeks or they may be measuring your baby head incorrectly

According to my midwife, it is normal for your uterus to come up to about an inch or two below your belly button at this point in pregnancy. Around 20 weeks, it should reach, or almost reach, your belly button.
Four weeks would be near to the next cycle. Considering that the average woman has a 28 day cycle ( give or take a few days) this means on or about day 14 she would ovulate. In that time frame of day 12-18 she could get pregnant since sperm can live in the uterus for 5-6 days.

this could mean a few things you could have your dates wrong or you are just having a small baby take a look at your 18-20 week scan and compare how much the baby has grown and then discuss this with your doctor there could be other factors but you should follow everything up for your own piece of mine good luck
umm...did you mean weeks?? You dont have an 18 month dear
Well, you would be 18 weeks pregnant. 14 weeks is the begining of your 2nd trimester so you would be 4 weeks into your second trimester. Or you would be 4 1/2 months along.
if u are 20 weeks lmp you got pregnant 18 weeks ago so count back 18 weeks but if u want a date u need to give due date or lmp
