no people will not die if they have Diabetes, unless they have serious case of diabetes

People with diabetes are more prone to getting life threatening infections. Usually (in cases of type II) they have more serious underlying conditions, such as obesity and heart issues that put them at a higher risk for death. If diabetes is left uncontrolled, it can cause damage to nearly every organ in the body, thus increasing the chances of death.

diabetic complication results in death of patient like cardivascular problems(myocardial infarction),stroke,kidney failure,diabetic ketoacidosis

If you mean dies younger than normal, the answer is NO. Mary Tyler Moore is a good example of someone who has had diabetes (Type I Juvenelle) for a long time. If you take care of yourself you can live a long and healthy life. But you need to eat right, a good diet is very helpful for staying healty. Follow the right diet plan for diabetes and you will be fine.
