I am 13 years old with a mild case of PE. I am developing breasts and have a 12A cup size, yet I still can't fit into a bra. All my Bras dont support my breasts as they don't sit properly on my chest; my sternum and ribs are sunken. My parents are considering buying me a vacuum bell, but that wont be till a while away as they are still very unsure about me using one.
In the mean time, I would really like to be able to wear a bra properly as crop tops dont give much support, plus its depressing seeing other people with smaller breasts then me wear and fit into bras.
Anyone able to help my situation?

Nike and Under Armour carry the best running sports bras. I found one at the Under Armour outlet shop on sale for under ten dollars and it is by far the best one I have ever owned!

try a smaller bra maybe, or tighten the straps and everything
