Basically it comes down to a comfort question. Most girls find it uncomfortable to wear them at night and sleep better without them. Women with particularly large cup sizes may however find it is more comfortable to have some extra support even at night and opt for a sports bra or something like it for sleeping in.
Bra-wearing has been linked to Breast cancer in a study done by Sidney Ross Singer and Soma Grismaijer. There is still some controvery abut how accurate the study was.
In the study women who wore their Bras 24 hours per day had a 3 out of 4 chance of developing breast cancer (in their study, n=2056 for the cancer group and n=2674 for the standard group).
Women who wore bras more than 12 hour per day but not to bed had a 1 out of 7 risk.
Women who wore their bras less than 12 hours per day had a 1 out of 152 risk.
Women who wore bras rarely or never had a 1 out of 168 chance of getting breast cancer. Note that the difference between 12 hours per day and not at all is not very statistically significant, so even if the study is correct, there is not much reason to give up wearing one during the day.
The overall difference between 24 hour wearing and not at all was a 125-fold difference.
Her boobs will be ugly
yeah they can wear but it is better not to wear while sleeping.
bra
bra
Wearing a bra at night might be uncomfortable, but it does not do any harm.
yes
no
i wear my bra at night but it's better not to wear it at night, i just go to school early in the morning so it just saves time,
Not usually, only if there is a built in bra.
It depends. If you have breasts if you do not you shouldnt or use a training bra.. If you have a bigger chest than i personally think you should because it looks better and more secure
Some girls like to wear no bra and underwear because they like the freedom of not feeling restricted in tight fitting undergarments.
When a girl should wear a bra is not based on a certain age. She should wear a bra when her breasts start showing.
