While moving your legs at a somewhat constant pace with or without a specific rhythm, a person can create enough friction between their thighs to cause certain amounts of perspiration at the effected area. 'Hygiene-Challenged' individuals may suffer from bothersome irritation due to lack of throughly washing their crusty-dusty-musty bo bos'.

Well, an itchy scrotum (The scrotum is the skin surrounding the testicles, the scrotum is needed so the testicles don't, well, fall off. The scrotum also controls the temperature of the testicles.) is most commonly caused by hair conditioner, or certain shower gels, shampoos etc. Try switching out some of these products in your home, and see if the itch goes away. If you don't shower very much, poor hygiene might be the cause of the itchy scrotum. Itchy scrotums are, oddly enough, fairly common. Another recommendation is to see a doctor to be tested for STD's. Just to be safe.
