well u could try realaxation things like brething in and out or a nice glass of warm milk and listen to some southing music if none of this helps try see a doctor to help it could just b that u have somthing on ur mind if u feall like somethings bottering u speak up and ull feall better hope this helps you :)
I am a bit worried as this has been going on for 4 nights now. I am all relaxed and the lights are out but for some reason i really want to just get up and go out and have fun or do something interesting. I don't drink coffee and I' m 13 i've heard of this sleeping thing called insomnia and i think i may have it but i' m not sure what to do. i haven't even told my mum. i not sure so could someone please help me! thank you! ;-D

Honestly, it has a lot to do with how well you sleep. Some people can get well rested sleep and they only have to sleep for five hours a night. You should Google how to get a more rested sleep and there are things you can eat before bed to help you
