Well depending on how long your tampon has been in. When you first put the tampon in there should be no blood when you wipe, the tampon should absorb it up, after a few hours and depending on your flow, you might start to notice some blood when you wipe. When that happens you should probably change your tampon to avoid leaking or staining. Good Luck
Your menstrual flow is light so it's taking time to leave your body, what little blood is leaving the body is lingering around your vulva so it shows when you wipe. When you use tampons there's not enough blood to fill-up the tampon so it barely shows - hint: stop misusing tampons. You shouldn't be using tampons when your flow is this light, it's not safe as it increases TSS risk.
your dying
If you only have blood in your urine, that's more likely to be a UTI. If you only have blood that's noticeable when you wipe, it could be implantation bleeding (rare) or ovulation bleeding (more common).
The best way to wipe out is to do it until nothing remains.
