The corralation of serial killers and Klinefelter's Syndrome is intriguing but unproven. Named for Harry F. Klinefelter in 1942, defined as the condition of an extra chromosome (female) in males. Most people know that an extra chromosome will result in Downs Syndrome, but few know about Klinefelters. The condition became better-known at the murder trial of New York serial killer Arthur Shawcross. It was used by his defense attorney as an explaination of his client's violence against prostitutes. Other killers that have this condition are:Carl Panzram, Francis Heaulme, Bobby Joe Long, and Richard Speck.* Further scientific study will be needed before this theory is indeed a fact. *This is not a complete list.
Yes.
There are seven possible genetic sexes: XX = female XY = male X = female with Turner syndrome XXX = female with X-trisomy XXY = intersex with Klinefelter syndrome XYY = male with 47,XYY syndrome XXYY = male with 48,XXYY syndrome
If a female with Turner Syndrome inactivates the X chromosome that carries the Turner Syndrome genetic material, she may develop a condition called mosaicism. This can result in a less severe presentation of Turner Syndrome symptoms, as some cells in her body will have the typical number of X chromosomes. However, the exact impact can vary widely among individuals.

Because people who have Turner syndrome have one X chromosome instead of the two other females have. As they do not have a Y chromosome, they are female.
