well.....you would bleed. depending on the severity of the cut and the size of the vein, you could die without medical attention. Do not, under any circumstances, purposefully cut your hand. You do not know what is in there. If you want to cut your hand, seek medical attention before you do so. They will get you the help you need.
You should put pressure on the bleeding arm and raise it in the air. If you're alone and this happens, still put pressure on your arm and raise it, but try to find someone who knows first aid. Hopefully they'll have a bandage and some first aid gloves with them. Let them do the rest. However, if you are worried this will happen to someone else, I suggest you seek proper first aid training, as it's better to be taught how to put on a bandage than to be told off the internet. If the wound is treated correctly, you'll almost certainly live, although you'll have to go to hospital, but the technology is so advanced there's almost zero chance of dying.
Because the human body has billions of tiny capillaries that bleed as well.
the dermis
The vein that courses through the guinea pigs paw, is not a main artery in the body, so it will not bleed out. However if you do happen to cut it, it will bleed. The best thing to do is to clean it with a cotton bud/wool ball, and leave it to heal(:
puss will come out you want bleed
Even though the blood loss rate through a vein is slower than through a cut artery, you can still bleed out and die through a cut vein.
The veins in your elbow such as the basilic vein and cephalic vein aren't very large so maybe you could bleed out in about 1 hour if the bleeding isn't stopped and blood clotting doesn't occur. Posted by Mr Wade.
If you mean "jugular vein," then, no... it would not be good to cut it. The jugular veins are in the neck and drain blood from the head. Is it good to cut your "juggler vein"? Only if you want to get rid of someone who is annoying you by juggling flaming bowling pins and oranges.
You should not squeeze a small cut in order bleed out germs. You should wash the cut with soap and water. You also want to put antibiotic ointment on the cut.
Just about an eighth of an inch or less. You don't want to cut the vein in the nail so cut a tiny amount every week and the little vein will descend back farther.
when they get cut
Yes, If you cut yourself, you can bleed to death by cutting a major blood vein or capillary, etc. so it is best not to do so. It would be easier and much more healthy to talk to someone (a close friend or councilor) if you want to cut your self due to depression or another reason.
umm, well,it all depends on why. if you are doing it to try and commit suicide, i dont in any way recommend it or support it. but if your just wondering,if someone cuts anywhere on the forearm, you can bleed but if you want to get more blood out of it,you can cut higher and closer to the elbow. though this does make you bleed alot,it is also the most fatal way to cut yourself and is very dangerous. in fact,ANY cut deeper than a 1/2 inch deep,is dangerous and it depens on the way you cut it too. horizontally, will give you blood and the amount varies on the depth of the cut but is usually minimal. but vertically, considering the huge vein going down your arm, gives more blood and is a typical way to try and commit suicide. i hope my advice helped, but be careful w/ whatever you needed this for. one mistake, and you could end your life.
