Since you can get a rash from human urine (think diaper rash) - yeah you can get a rash from dog urine but a brief exposure usually won't be enough unless you are allergic to something the dog ate.
eh.. Take it to a vet?
Yes, you should be concerned if your dog ate a dirty disposable diaper as it can lead to digestive issues such as intestinal blockages or infections. Monitor your dog closely for any signs of illness or distress and contact your veterinarian for guidance.
My dog had same issue....I used diaper rash cream. The trick is to keep the dog from trying to lick it off. If that doesnt work, try neosporen. But if the dog keeps licking it off, it wont do any good
...Take her to an emergency vet.

Ingesting a disposable diaper can pose a serious health risk to your dog. The diaper can cause blockages in the digestive system, leading to symptoms like vomiting, diarrhea, and abdominal pain. It is important to seek immediate veterinary attention if your dog eats a disposable diaper.
You can get a doggie diaper.
Depends on what kind of rash it is. If it is an irritation rash, then check the fur. There might be burrs or an insect. If it is an insect rash, then ask your vet to find out what insect bit your dog.
