The spinal cord is located in the central nervous system along with the brain. Whilst the nerves connecting the spinal cord to the body are reffered to as Peripheral Nervous System.

∙ 13y agoThe spinal cord is part of the central nervous system which itself it part of the nervous system.
The central nervous system is the brain and spinal cord. It s located in the cranial cavity (brain) and the spine (spinal cord).
The ralpehripe nervous system connects the brain and spinal cord to other body parts.
spinal cord and brian
The nerve center in the human body is the brain, specifically the central nervous system, which includes the brain and spinal cord. This system controls and coordinates all bodily functions and responses.
Spinal cord helps you bend
The spinal column serves as the main pathway for the nervous system to transmit messages between the brain and the rest of the body. It protects the spinal cord, which is the main communication highway of the nervous system. Nerves branch out from the spinal cord to different parts of the body, allowing for the relay of sensory information and motor commands.
The central nervous system is composed of the brain, brain stem, and spinal cord. Efferent nerves travel from the brain, through the spinal cord, to the rest of the body. Afferent nerves travel from the body, back up the spinal cord, and back to the brain.
Neurons are located throughout the body, but the majority are concentrated in the brain and spinal cord, which make up the central nervous system. They also extend out to all parts of the body through the peripheral nervous system, allowing for communication between different body parts.
The system of the body is made of the brain spinal cord and nerves is known as the nervous system. The nervous system controls the body's voluntary and involuntary actions and transmits signals between different parts of its body.
The nervous system is comprised of the brain, spinal cord, and nerves. The brain is the control center for the body, the spinal cord acts as a pathway for transmitting information between the brain and the rest of the body, and the nerves carry messages to and from different parts of the body.
yes it is in the skeletal system. i know it is hard to believe but it is!For the spinal cord, with its tracts of nerve fibres traveling to and from the back and on the sides the cord is enclosed and protected by the portion.
