∙ 14y agoMy 7 yr has also had a slight fever due to his molar trying to come out. Just give him some children's motrin, and rinse/ garggle with warm salt water. If swelling keep away from crunchy. Snacks might hurt the gum that has swelling. If it continues to hurt him. You should take him to dentist to check for infection.
If you have a fever you should see a doctor to find out what's wrong.

Its safe to say that half the world gets a fever each year.
High fevers do accompany the flu, however, any fever over 102, especially in children, should be reported to your health care professional for advice. A fever of 103.8 is becoming dangerously high.102 Degree F. (around 38.9 C) is usually the highest a fever in anyone should go, regardless of age, without making contact with a health care professional, especially if the symptoms are continuing to progress or there are other problems with breathing, swelling, vomiting, ears, etc.Even slight fevers in children and infants could mean there is a serious infection, so they should have temperature checks frequently when they are sick (at least every 2 hours at first).
It never ended. It is still a fever today.
It is reccomended that adults have their eyes examined every year.
