Extensor Carpi Radialis Longus
The extensor muscles of the wrist and digits are responsible for extending the wrist joint and fingers. These muscles work in coordination to help move the hand and fingers upward and away from the palm. Strengthening these muscles can improve wrist and finger mobility and function.
The major muscle that abducts the humerus is the Deltoid. (all muscles move in conjuction, there may be more muscles that contribute to the abduction of the humerus) pectoralis major and latissimus dorsi
Abductor muscles are the muscles which cause abduction. prime example being lateral head of the shoulder abducts your arms to the side of your body. similarly you have the muscles in your lower body which abducts your legs to the sides.

Quadriceps muscles
The abductor digiti minimi muscle abducts the fifth proximal phalanx. The abductor pollicis brevis abducts the thumb. The dorsal interossei muscles abduct the other fingers.
The middle part of the deltoid abducts the shoulder, as well as shoulder abduction at the supraspinatus and biceps brachii muscles.

The muscles which allow you to extend your wrist and flare your fingers are the flexor muscles in the wrist and the prime movers in the fingers. These muscles will coordinate to adduct the wrist and the fingers.
