Striking-
Forearm flexors - to make a fist
Triceps - to straighten the elbow joint
(Front) Deltoid - to raise the arm (parallel to the ground)
Pectoralis Major - to drive your fist through their face :)
Retracting-
Biceps - the opposite of Triceps, to bend the elbow
Latissimus Dorsi - the opposite of Pectoralis Major, to pull your fist from their
empty skull :)
