It is okay to eat any type of seafood while pregnant. Just try to avoid fish that are raw, precooked, or high in Mercury.

You need to speak to your ob/gyn due to the Mercury that fish contains. Very small portions are okay, but my daughter-in-law is pregnant and she was told no fish.
