if its a female no doubt her anal glands need expressed at the vet, this happens with some females, take to the vet to get this done, it usually is not that expensive, no doubt you dog is dragging her/his rear on the floor. on occassion when anal glands get too inflamed the vet will give you an antibiotic also, your pet will be thankful. Take any dog to the vet with any problem like this, it could indicate worms or an infection. if you go to the vet and it is an anal gland problem ask the vet to show you how to this (if you can be daring!!!!!!!!, it really smells) once you do it and can tolerate it fine, but i think you will choose to have the vet do it :)

your guinea pig may be a hybrid (not a purebred), this means it would be part white crested part other guinea pig breed. this would explain why the guinea pigs fur has white.
A black guinea pig would have a black coat color, while a white guinea pig would have a white coat color. Color variation in guinea pigs is due to different alleles of the gene controlling coat color, resulting in different phenotypes.
Trauma to a guinea pig's eye can cause a condition called hyphema, where blood leaks into the eye's anterior chamber. This can make the eye appear white or milky due to the presence of blood. It is important to seek veterinary care if you notice this symptom in your guinea pig.
dried up guinea pig pee.

no
Just open your freezer you will see the same thing, its just moister.
It depends were it is. If it's around its eye then it's most likely their cleaning fluid. It could also be dandruff, urine scald or sperm (male guinea pigs). If you are unsure about anything take your pig to an exotics vet.
