Malaria is caused by mosquitoes, right? Well, mosquitoes are born in water and stay near water. So if the environment in question has water in it or regular rainfall, it is mosquito heaven! This in turn relates to mosquitoes coming out and biting. Then people can get malaria from diseases carried in malaria! Hope this answers your question!
