My husband kidneys shut down and filled his lungs and a sack around his heart and he had a heart attack 14 days ago, he needs by-pass surgery ( 3blocked arteries 80-90%),but is to weak. His blood pressure is very low 88/63 What is causing this problem and can he have another heart attack?
