Insomnia, though, can be a telltale sign of other problems you may have, namely Sleep Apnea, which in turn, is associated with other illnesses -i.e., Heart disease, Diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure, just to name a few. Although you can mitigate this problem temporarily with medication, the best thing to do is to go visit your doctor.
