Bird lungs have the same basic features as human lungs, such as a trachea, bronchi, lungs and capillaries etc, however birds' lungs operate in a cycling of air manner rather than a mixing action as in humans. Human lungs move air into alveoli at the extremities of the lungs and because it would require immense force to reopen a completely deflated alveoli and therefore they are never fully emptied and maintain "dead space". This means that when fresh air is moved in, there is mixing of fresh and dead space air. Birds on the other hand have a linear cycling of air meaning that the maximum amount of oxygen can reach the capillaries and pass into the blood stream. Hence bird respiration is more effective than human's, but in a way it needs to be due to the decreased size and intense need for efficiency during flight etc.
yes there is a huge difference because sheep are fatter than average humans!
Glatt kosher is stricter, meaning that kosher animals get checked more closely for any scars in their lungs.
Normally a person has 2 lungs... but its possible to live with just 1
its in the middle of your chest, between the lungs

slightly the the left of center in the human chest, between the lungs.
Yes, children's lungs are smaller than adults lungs.
The main biological difference between male and female lungs is size and location within the chest cavity. Typically, male lungs are larger and positioned higher in the chest compared to female lungs. Additionally, there may be variations in lung function and capacity between males and females due to hormonal and anatomical differences.
The respiratory system of most non-aquatic animals is entirely enclosed in the human body and connected with the lungs. Many aquatic animals have developed open respiratory systems that include features like the gills.
nothing
they actuly all have lungs but fish gave gills
A healthy human body has two lungs.
