Organic Mental Health problems have an identifiable physical cause; such as in the dementias or some people with brain injury.

Functional Mental Health Problems are not due to simple structural abnormalities of the brain. There is no 100% identifiable cause for these illnesses. The jury is still out.

Is anorexia a functional or an organic disorder?

It's functional. Something happened in there life to cause them to say, " i don't think i want to eat anymore, I'm not pretty enough, or I don't deseve to eat." You can alson argue that it is organic because if you are born with chemical imbalances, your brain may lose appetite quickly and tell you to stop eating. Overall, it can be organic or functional if you can give a good argument... I don't know how long ago you posted this but I hope it helps. =)
