Use Redken CAT to put more protein in your hair, maybe a little Redken Anti-Snap, and don't shampoo your hair every day. Instead condition it every day with a pro-vitamin conditioner in the shower and do weekly hot oil treatments. I use VO5 hot oil, and in the shower I use both Aussie 3-Minute Miracle AND Pantene Pro-V.
