It really depends on what kind of stroke you are talking about. An ischemic stroke is where blood supply is restricted to part of the brain and is called a cerebral infarction. An intracranial hemorrhage or intracerebral hemorrhage is stroke with an accumulation of blood.

Strokes used to be called cerebrovascular accidents (or CVA's), but they are now just called "stroke".
The medical term for a stroke is cerebrovascular accident, often abbreviated CVA. It is related to a TIA, which means transient ischemic episode, but they are distinctly different.

Strokes cause permanent damage while TIAs only cause impairment for 24 hours. TIAs are often precursors of a true stroke.
Another term for a stroke is a cerebrovascular accident (cva).

A stroke or mini-stroke commonly called a TIA (transient eschemic accident) is when a blood vessel either ruptures, or is blocked from supplying blood to a specific area in the brain. When this happens the person experiences either a slight numbness in a specific area, confusion, inability to ambulate, fainting etc:, however in a major stroke, the person is left with one side of the body non functioning or paralyzed due to a major vessels blood supply being cut off to that area of the brain that causes movement and functioning on that side of the body.. If treated withing 3 minutes there is a good chance that the paralysis can be reversed..

Can self starting can be in two stroke engines?

2 stroke engines are not widely used on street bikes because of the vibration, It makes for a shaky bike and the sudden spurts of power are somewhat undesireable. Since the majority of 2 stroke engines are meant for off road use it is a matter of necessity to have a kick start. If you are out riding in the woods or desert which is where the bike is meant to be a dead battery or faulty starter would mean hours of pushing to get to a road, the kick start eliminates that huge hassle.
