Even though I'm not blind, I assume that everything would just be dark, black. Darker than the darkest night, or just be all blurry and you could never decipher anything in sight. You just have to ask someone who is visually disabled.

One thing for sure is that if you are born blind, the most common thing that would happen would be through inherited illness. Sometimes people can become blind by looking directly at the sun for too long.
