Any kind of clinically diagnosed fear will have the Greek-derived suffix "-phobia" attached to it. The suffix "-itis" is used in medical terminology to indicate some sort of inflammation. As far as anyone knows, inflammation has absolutely nothing to do with fear of being upside down or any other phobia that we are aware of. So until someone comes up with a proper scientific name for this, just tell people you're afraid of being upside-down.
