The cause of negative stress can be from like if someone found out some bad news or something bad is going to happen soon to that person or more than one person, it can cause them to stress out in a negative way. It can also happen if someone is stressing out about like finals week during school, a job interview, a day in court, etc. Negative stress can then lead to a negative result in your health in both your body and mind
