∙ 12y agoit may be fine but its more likely that the decayed tooth could cause your child no end of problems.
It may rot teeth surrounding it, It may and possibly is giving your child pain, It may effect the tooth below it and if not sorted and removed properly may even stop the tooth behind it appearing meaning a hell of a lot more dental work when they are older and wiser.
I just wouldn't chance it but my only experience is being a mum and what I have read up on the internet.

It will fall out eventually fall out from the age 7-10
