Almost every food has some sort of fat in it. Look on the Nutritian Label on food packages and drink wrappers. It will tell you the % of fat. Also look in the ingredients. Anything mentioning saturated fats is unhealthy. Most products now do not have trans fats. Still, something like sugar can act similarly to fat within your body. If you are ever unsure about what an ingredient is, or if a certain type of fat is good or bad, look it up online. Obviously, foods like candy, chocolate, fried foods, chips, and greasy food will most likely have high-fat contents. Depending on the cut of meat (marbled, lean, ect.), fat can be there. It can also be in dairy, like cheese and milk. Different brands can carry low-fat versions, though. Still, some fat can exist in breads, grains, and even some fruits and vegetables. (Usually these are not too bad or are in very small amounts.)
Red meat, pork, dark poultry meat, cheese, cream, whole milk, butter, pastries and cakes, nuts, mayonnaise, salad dressing, and other foods made with a lot of vegetable oil, butter, or cream (like alfredo sauce or New England clam chowder).
