Are you nauseous when this happens? if so then your body is just trying to protect your esophagus in case of vomiting occurs. if this is happening all the time i would def go and have a chat with your local doctor, but if not then don't sweat it. sometimes when were stressed out our bodies react in different ways. hope this helped
