ok, presuming that you aren't old. Are you nauseous when this happens? if so then your body is just trying to protect your esophagus in case of vomiting occurs. if this is happening all the time i would def go and have a chat with your local doctor, but if not then don't sweat it. sometimes when were stressed out our bodies react in different ways. hope this helped
