I am in no way an expert in this, so please don't take what I say as fact, as I cannot be sure.
However, think of where the ovaries are in the system. The egg travels from the ovaries through the fallopian tube, to the womb, where it is fertilized. From what I can see, lopsided ovaries should not affect pregnancy once the egg is in the womb.
HOWEVER, there is a chance that the lopsided ovaries could stop the egg from being fertile by the time it gets to the womb, or even not release an egg.
I suggest that you see a professional to ask this question.
Pain in the ovaries is not a symptom of pregnancy. There is no reason for your ovaries to hurt, except maybe in later pregnancy when the baby is taking up a lot of nearby space.
i have small multiple follicles in both ovaries could i concieve at this time
No, if your ovaries were removed then you can't put them back in. Find out from your doctor if you had a 'partial hysterectomy' which means you still have one ovary left and can still conceive a child. i stillhave ovaries
abnormalities in ovaries during pregnancy
Progesterone
Yes, it is possible to have an ectopic pregnancy after a vaginal hysterectomy if one or both ovaries are still present.
As far as i know of no it is not harmful. it can make the pregnancy more uncomfortable. i have cysts regularly and mine burst on their own i asked my doctor if it is harmful to try and conceive and he said it would be perfectly safe.
the ovaries cannot be palpated. The uterus can only be palpated when enlarged due to pregnancy or pyometra :) you out.
because the ovaries stop realising eggs
Yes, you can have a tubal pregnancy.
When viewed laparoscopically the surface of a healthy ovary is expected to be pinkish/white.
the eggs are formed before pregnancy that is how the women get pregnant!
