If you gained any weight while on the pill, once you stop taking it you will most likely lose the same amount you gained, due to the hormones that are increased, when taking the pill. However, this can depend on your diet, as well as the type of birth control you are taking.

I gained 40 pds in three months on seroquel. With me the weight loss began immediatly as well as my hunger pains subsiding. I have been off of it for 2 months and have lost 30 pds. I have been taking seroquel for 5 years. Initially I gained 50 pounds, but after starting a healthy eating programme and gentle excercise the pounds are starting to come off.
