It may be the begginning of cancer, because just like women with lumps on their chests it might be a tumor, but don't worry as long as you get it checked out by a doctor and they are sure what it is, you should be fine, but if you don't get it looked at it may get worse if it is one of the beginning stages of cancer.

It may be nothing. Or it can be giant cell arteritis, which is an imflamation of the temple artery. It also could be a sign of cancer, but that is a very slim chance, because I have the same bump on my temple.

You got punched in the temple and you are getting headaches is this dangerous?

Can be. The temple isn't well-protected, so trauma can extend inwards (this is why people hit you there). I'd do better answering this if you mention how long ago the incident occured, whether you were unconscious at any point, how often the headaches occur and for how long. and a number of other pertinent facts. Workling with what I have, I'd say call your doc and see if he can make this call.

What causes temple pain headache which travels across above eyes and forehead area which occurs about same time daily?

It's impossible to tell for sure what kind of headache you are describing. There are many different types of headaches, and proper treatment is dependent on the type you are experiencing. The most common headaches are Tension and Migraine. Migraine is usually one sided, and tension is two sided and frequently comes at the same time each day. Temporal arteritis is an infrequent cause of severe head pain in the temple region, but is usually one sided. For best results, see a headache specialist who is specially trained to diagnose and treat headaches.
