At first you wont feel it, you'll haunch over a little bit and feel very confused. After about 2 minutes it feels similar to both stepping on a nail only much wider and through your gut and swollowing a molten hot Bowling ball. It's remarkably painful and it becomes very difficult to breath. Your thoughts remain surprisingly coherent while you wait to either die or be rescued depending on the situation. I was very fortunate in that the bullit missed my aorta by a centimeter and my hip bone by even less. It went in dead center, one in. above my belly button, and exited out the back left side of my body. It passed through my stomach, jejunum twice, severed a uritor, and passed through my colon. It was a 40 cal. fired from 3-4 ft. away with the intention to kill. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
