it worked for me i would try it
Considering i just spent about an hour researching it because i just hyper-extended my knee as well you have to rest your knee, ice it, and compress it, some people recommended crutches so that would be a good option too!
if it bends to far back. when it happens you will feel a sharp pain and then when you put weight on it, it will hurt more
The muscle that contracts when the leg is extended at the knee is call the gastrocnemius muscle
The patellaknee cap? patella?
Hyper. For example, if you hyperextended your knee, then you hurt your knee by moving it excessively (beyond its normal limits).
Toe touches are a very hard thing to do. I have an over extended toe touch. A hyper extended toe touch is any where higher than that. A hyper extended toe touch is anywhere from almost liking yourself in the head to actually kicking yourself in the head.
An extended knee means when your leg is straight. A hyperextended knee means when it is pushed back beyond straight which can result in injury.
Hyper-extended legs have a good side, and a bad side. First, the bad side (sorry haha) the bad side is that if they are too hyper-extended, a lot of tension can build up in your knees and that makes it painful to bend and straighten or have your leg straight for a long period of time. Over hyper-extended legs can also increase your chances of breaking or stress fracturing which can lead to breaking. You have to be careful and take good care of your knees if you have hyper-extends. Now come the good part. C: The good news is is that your feet look really nice (the way the arch). They make your feet look a lot more pointed and they make your legs look longer. Hope that helps :)

A hard knock to the posterior of the knee could cause many symptoms, depending on the severity of the hit and how long ago it occurred. The knee could be swollen or bruised. Range of motion may be less, or painful. The person may limp or be unable to bear weight. The patella (kneecap) could be displaced. The patient will likely complain of moderate to severe pain. Because the knee is not meant to be hyper-extended, the person should go to an ER for X-ray or other imaging.
